My go-to spray for hair and face:

What you will need:

Mix it all in the spray bottle and apply it to your face and hair. I use this mixture after cleansing my face and before moisturizing. When it comes to my hair, I use it when I’m in need of a moisture boost. A few drops of lemon essential oil can also be added. Only in the face mist, and peppermint essential oil when applied directly to the scalp.

MY EXPERIENCE

For the most part, I tend to buy the Aloe vera leaf on occasion at my local grocery store. But, I always have the Lily of the Desert Aloe vera gel handy, which I also consume. It is part of my daily hair and skin-care regimen. Every time I use it, it makes my hair and skin feel refreshed and moisturized!

As always, be consistent with your routine/regimen. With time, you will see the results!
